A notify-list email is used to send the launch notice the person requested. If the TCG Business in a Box giveaway opens, official entry information will be used to administer the promotion, identify duplicate entries, verify eligibility, communicate with a potential winner, fulfill the prize, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements. Final campaign-specific privacy terms and retention details will appear in the approved Official Rules before entry opens.

Marketing Choice

Service and promotional marketing require a separate, optional consent. Marketing consent is not required to enter a giveaway and does not affect the odds of winning. A person may ask us to stop marketing messages by replying to the message or contacting us at the address below. Administrative, transactional, eligibility, or winner communications may still be sent when needed to provide a requested service or administer a promotion.

Referral Tracking

When you visit a valid CardFlipsNoFlops partner link—such as a partner landing page or a campaign URL containing ?ref=—we store a first-party referral code and original landing page in cookies for up to 30 days. We do not use browser fingerprinting. If you later submit an inquiry or campaign form, the referral data may be included so we can measure partner attribution.
